OUR PROCESS
1. Discovery Call
Share details about your project, including what assistance you require, your timeline, deadline, and the budget you're planning to invest.
2. Consultation
This is an in-person appointment at the project site that will take 1-2 hours. The scope of work will be determined so, I can create a Design Fee Proposal.
3. Design Proposal (1 week)
This proposal will encompass the work's scope and the estimated design fees.
4. Design Creation (2-3 weeks)
In the case of remodels and additions, I will generate CAD files for the as-built plans using site measurements or the original plans. Subsequently, I will commence designing a floor plan, adhering to the predefined scope and parameters of the project.
5. Design Implementation (4-8 weeks)
While I've delegated some tasks to the contractor, I remain fully engaged throughout every stage of the construction process. In the inevitable event of questions or issues, I'll be readily available to address concerns.
6. Room Service (1-2 days)
Now, witness the culmination of the entire process as we enter the installation phase, bringing the project to its final and completed state.
